  1. NEW SYSTEM 7.0 FOLDER AVAILABLE TO DEVELOPERS

  4. With Apple's announcement of future System Software directions (System 7.0), we
  5. have created a special folder for information on System 7.0.  This folder is
  6. visible to current Certified Developers, Apple Partners, Apple Associates,
  7. VARs, and Apple employees (both domestic and international audiences).

  9. The folder contains the press releases related to the announcement of System
  10. 7.0 (other audiences can find these press releases under the New icon, in the
  11. Apple Press Releases folder).  It also contains a Q&A document regarding System
  12. 7.0.  This folder will be kept as current as possible by Macintosh Developer
  13. Technical Support.

  15. The information in this new folder complements the extensive preliminary
  16. documentation released to attendees of Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference
  17. in May 1989.  Developers who did not attend the conference, but wish to receive
  18. the documentation, should check the May 1989 monthly mailing for more
  19. information on how to order the documentation.  Further questions on ordering
  20. this documentation should be directed to DEVSERVICES or the Developer Hotline
